Hi Rob, Thank you for sharing with us your energy & compassion with the PhiChi Sticks today! The different stick choices to play with make it a language to have a conversation & listen to the forces around & in us. We saw your "9 Psalms" tonight & its just an amazing DVD! Wow! I thought the Sticks were beautiful, however 9 Psalms really decodes the entering, moving in & following out kinetic flows. Its just incredibly sophisticated & also innocently simple at the same time. Its like Kanji characters in asian languages which represent real images & not theoretical abstractions. I got goose-bumps seeing acknowledgment of movement that I have experienced many times in my past & never could explain. These 2 technologies synergize foundational movement, healing & therapuetic modalities, pointing ahead evolutionary were people are heading toward. Can't wait to play on the beach this morning! My highest regards, Roberto Codato

Hey sigong what's going on? I recently picked up a phi chi stick and i'm loving it! It's really helping my dancing hands and sticky hands. It was awesome spending time with you and I hope all is well. Love. Peace. Harmony. ~Meshach

Sigong, big thanks for "Heavenly Flight" the Phi Chi with a heavenly twist! Gotta love that coloring scheme its just divine. She's joining the sphere knot twin sisters Frya and Isis. On the technical side I'm finding the twist enables very subtle transitions hand-to-hand and for pushing the extremities of movement in any direction. 618 - Big it UP!

Doing the double sphere knot rocks! It's all about continuous flow from one stroke to the next getting tied up and then untied like chin na without a partner. Finding possibilities of movement beyond previous experience and lubricating the joints while making the journey!
